RESTAURANT BRISA

Situated at Son Ermità, Brisa which translates to ‘breeze’ truly lives up to its name, offering an easy-breezy ambiance. Enjoy a seamless flow between the sheltered, south-facing terrace and the calming indoor décor, designed to complement the breathtaking views. The menus inspire and delight, offering the vibrant flavours of Menorca through mouthwatering dishes that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients. Sublime seafood takes centre stage on a French-leaning menu, creating an elegant atmosphere that transitions from a relaxed, light-bite lunch to a multi-course, elaborate affair as the sun bathes the landscape in a mesmerising golden glow.

RESTAURANT MESURA

Binidufà’s restaurant, Mesura, is located in Las Casas del Payés, the elegant main building ensconced in a setting that blends seamlessly with nature. Here, we’ve reimagined the traditional restaurant menu, making vegetables the star of the show. Inspired by the rich flavours of Middle Eastern cuisine, our dishes are 100 percent plant-based, with the option to add meat raised on the estate or just-caught fish if desired. Freshness, quality, and creativity are paramount. Our team handpicks ingredients daily, using produce at its peak flavour to craft a menu that takes you effortlessly from day to night.
