Protecting What We Love: proud partners of Menorca Preservation
At our three Menorcan restaurants, every meal enjoyed contributes directly to protecting the island we’re proud to call home. Now in the second year of our partnership with Menorca Preservation, we’re proud to support the charity’s annual gala by donating stays and dining experiences as auction prizes, alongside a match-funding initiative that invites you to play a part in conserving Menorca’s unique natural heritage.
For every dinner bill, €1 from the guest’s cheque is donated to Menorca Preservation, and we match it with an additional €1, doubling the impact of every contribution. Together, we’re helping safeguard the landscapes, coastlines and marine ecosystems that make Menorca such a beautiful destination.
Conservation through collaboration
Menorca Preservation believes that people only protect what they love. Rather than carrying out conservation work alone, the organisation enables it by bringing together local organisations, scientists, farmers, fishers, businesses and communities. This philosophy is captured in Menorca Preservation’s Protect What You Love campaign, fronted by Spanish Olympic artistic swimmer Ona Carbonell. The campaign encourages everyone with a connection to Menorca, whether resident or visitor, to play a role in preserving the island’s natural heritage as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
