As with our Spanish hotels and private estates, these new lodges will reflect our unwavering commitment to quality, design, and meaning.

VESTIGE XAUDUM

Positioned on a prehistoric Kalahari sand dune overlooking a fossil riverbed, Vestige Xaudum is our inaugural lodge, and the only property situated inside the northern section of Khaudum National Park – a pristine landscape spanning 384,000 hectares.
Large herds of elephants move along ancient migratory routes, alongside roan antelope and painted wolves (African wild dogs). 4WD outings are immersive and exploratory, traversing omiramba (fossil river valleys) and acacia woodlands. Over 320 bird species can be found here, including eagle, falcon, stork, southern ground hornbill, African hobby and racket-tailed roller.
VESTIGE SORRIS SORRIS
Set within the dramatic landscapes of Damaraland, Vestige Sorris Sorris rests among distinctive orange-pink boulders on the banks of the Ugab River. With mesmerising views of the Brandberg Massif, Namibia’s highest mountain, this is a landscape shaped by time and defined by contrast.
Desert-adapted lion and elephant roam here, alongside giraffe and red hartebeest, following the ephemeral river as it winds towards the Atlantic. This region is one of Namibia’s most compelling wildlife-viewing areas.
VESTIGE OMATENDEKA
Blending seamlessly into its surroundings, Vestige Omatendeka sits high on a hill near the Grootberg Mountains, offering sweeping panoramic views across plains, natural springs and distant flat-topped peaks.
The presence of water ensures a rich concentration of wildlife. A resident pride of lion, herds of zebra, oryx, eland, springbok and giraffe are frequently seen, alongside occasional sightings of the endangered black rhino.
VESTIGE SHEYA SHUUSHONA
Located on the northwestern edge of Etosha National Park, one of the world’s great wildlife destinations, Vestige Sheya Shuushona offers exclusive access to 60,000 hectares of private concession land.
Set on a ridge overlooking the vast Ngandjela Salt Pan, visible even from space, the lodge is surrounded by waterholes that attract an abundance of animals. Here, encounters are frequent and exhilarating: elephant, giraffe, zebra, springbok, jackal, hyena, lion, cheetah and leopard all move through this remarkable landscape.
NORTHERN NAMIBIA
What defines northern Namibia is not only what is seen, but how it is felt. Its remote and unspoilt landscapes create a rare sense of privacy and immersion. There are no fixed circuits or predictable encounters. Each day unfolds organically, guided by the rhythms of the land and its wildlife.
Experience the north through a different lens as we carefully open up one of Africa’s last truly untouched regions. Away from more established destinations, such as Sossusvlei and the Skeleton Coast, Khaudum National Park receives fewer than 3,000 visitors each year.
Game drives and guided walks invite a slower pace, while watching shifting light, listening to birdsong or observing wildlife in silent stillness become equally profound moments. Northern Namibia rewards patience and curiosity, offering a safari experience that feels vanishingly rare.

TRAVEL, ITINERARIES AND ROUTE PLANNING
When to visit
Namibia enjoys over 300 days of sunshine annually, making it a compelling year-round destination. Summer temperatures can reach 40°C (104°F), while winter days average around 25°C (77°F). Nights between June and August can be cold, occasionally dropping to freezing. At any time of year, a light jacket is recommended for early mornings and evenings.
How to get there
International flights arrive at Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek, Namibia’s capital and principal international gateway. Wherever your journey begins, Vestige Xaudum can be reached by private charter flight or 4WD. Those arriving by air will land at the lodge’s private airstrip, followed by a short scenic 4WD transfer. Our team can help plan the most suitable route as part of your wider itinerary.
