Join us for a Menorcan feast or treat yourself to a gastronomic getaway! As we come to the close of another busy season at Vestige Son Vell, we’re celebrating the bounty of Menorca. Our culinary team have created a delicious five course dinner menu using the very best Menorcan ingredients to feature at Vermell on Friday 31 October. Choose to join us just for this evening, or alternatively make a weekend of it, by staying two nights and spending the second evening learning about Menorca’s fine wines.
The Menorcan Feast starts with the subtle flavours of a snack with local cheese and summer truffle and comes to a sweet conclusion with a dessert that’s inspired by the island’s wildflowers and herbs. The menu is rich, exciting and indulgent; you’ll be tucking into freshly caught local lobster, as well as tender and tasty roast suckling pig. These mouthwatering dishes can be savoured with specially paired local wines, or you can make your own selection from Vermell’s drinks list – it’s up to you. This special experience is on offer for 80 euros per person, or 140 euros with the flight of wines.
But if the idea of an autumnal escape appeals, then our Gastronomic Getaway at 1360 euros per couple includes two nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation for two in a Garden Junior Suite at a 15% discount, our Menorcan Feast on the first evening with paired wines for you both, and on the following evening a tutored wine tasting, when you can experience some of the island’s best wines shared by our sommelier and two of our favourite local producers, accompanied by tasty snacks.
