Through the Website, the User may make online reservations of rooms in the hotel establishments managed by VESTIGE COLLECTION, as well as other products and services that may be marketed through the Website.

The User must follow these steps during the hiring process:

1. Choice of hotel establishment.
2. Enter the number of people who are going to make use of the booked services, as well as the dates.
3. Depending on the information provided, you will be shown the availability of the rooms as well as their prices.
4. The User will choose the option they wish as well as any additional services that may be offered together with their reservation.
5. The User will be informed of the payment and cancellation conditions. 
6. You will be asked for credit card details to secure the reservation. 
7. The User will proceed to accept the reservation. 
8. The reservation will be confirmed and the proof of the reservation may be made available to you.

In order to make a valid reservation, the User must follow all the instructions given, including the reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In order to contract online reservations, VESTIGE COLLECTION will require the User to provide information necessary for the realisation of this. The User undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information, failing which VESTIGE COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the User must compensate VESTIGE COLLECTION for any damages caused. 

At the time of contracting, VESTIGE COLLECTION may request full or partial payment for the products and/or services contracted. In the event that the above mentioned payments are not made, VESTIGE COLLECTION may cancel the booking.

It is also possible that additional fees or taxes may apply to the prices of the reservation in accordance with the regulations of the place of establishment to be collected by VESTIGE COLLECTION or the hotel establishment concerned. In the case of payment by credit card, the cardholder must be the same as the guest. Otherwise, VESTIGE COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the latter will be liable to compensate VESTIGE COLLECTION for any damages caused.

Once the User has made the reservation, they will receive an email with the details of the reservation indicating that it is in the process of confirmation, which will take place once the corresponding payments have been made and, where applicable, the fulfilment of any other requirements that may be necessary for confirmation. The design, images, labels, distinctive signs, commercial name, brands, logos, products and services, etc. contained in the Website are protected by the Industrial Property Law and are the property of VESTIGE COLLECTION, without it being understood that the use or access to the Website and/or the services provided therein grants the User any right whatsoever over the aforementioned design, images, labels, distinctive signs, commercial name, brands, logos, products and services.

Likewise, the Website, its source code and the contents accessed through this site are the Intellectual Property of VESTIGE COLLECTION and/or third parties, without being transferred to the User in any way whatsoever.
