Su pasi\u00f3n por la cocina se refleja en cada plato, concebido como un homenaje al territorio, y usted est\u00e1 invitado a saborear esta experiencia excepcional.<\/p>\n

Tanto si elige nuestro refinado comedor interior, como si prefiere cenar bajo las estrellas en el frondoso patio o en la terraza del bar, cada bocado es una celebraci\u00f3n de la riqueza de Menorca y le llevar\u00e1, paso a paso, por un viaje culinario a trav\u00e9s de la isla.<\/p>\n

Con los mejores productos de la isla a su disposici\u00f3n \u2014desde mariscos reci\u00e9n capturados hasta carnes artesanales\u2014 Joan confiesa sentirse \u00abafortunado de cocinar en un lugar donde puedo trabajar con ingredientes de la m\u00e1s alta calidad y en su punto \u00f3ptimo de frescura\u00bb. Menorca, declarada Reserva de la Biosfera por la Unesco, ofrece una despensa sostenible que encaja a la perfecci\u00f3n con el rigor y la creatividad del chef.<\/p>\n

Cuando se le pregunta por sus platos predilectos, Joan admite que es casi imposible escoger, aunque se\u00f1ala dos entrantes: una ensalada de alcachofas frescas con salsa holandesa de naranja, gel c\u00edtrico y brotes; y un tartar de gamba roja con espuma de ensalada, pi\u00f1a y salsa de coral rosa. Como platos principales, recomienda el cochinillo asado de crianza libre con pur\u00e9 de manzana, mantequilla y canela, o el solomillo de\u00a0vermella<\/em>\u00a0menorquina con terrina de patata al romero y chalotas glaseadas.<\/p>\n
